Ajay Industries was the first Client of Punjab Who Purchased a VMC Machine in 1997. Ajay industries have existing Machines VMC LOKESH, TAL, HAAS VF4. All Machines used for Machining Forging Dies. Customer Purchased NX CAM License in 2006.
Ajay industries raised PO for AMC & Subscription Every year to NX Reseller till 2020. After his programmer left the job, it was a very difficult task for the client to find a Skilled NX Programmer, due to the limited number availability of NX users in this Area.
Ajay Industries MD Get our contact From his friend & SolidCAM Existing Client, named Basant Fabricator. The Next day, SolidCAM India planned visit to Ajay Industries. in the meeting, the Client told us he had an interview Session last week and a maximum number of users, shared their experience on SolidCAM.
After a long discussion in the meeting, we found the customer existing programs (Slow Parameters) take too much Machining time. The customer agreed with our points that his machines are not utilized properly & and are not giving a performance, as claimed by the CNC Machine Sellers.
We showed a demonstration of all SolidCAM Modules, benefits, and advantages of SolidCAM. The MD then decided to switch to SolidCAM against NX CAM. We closed The Deal on the same day - till today the Client is very happy With SolidCAM Performance.
It was a proud moment for the SolidCAM India team, to convert Siemens NX CAM customer to SolidCAM.
