Shaped groove/thread turning

Hello Solidcam Team,

I would like to ask if there is some chance that you will be adding in turning a thread operation for shaped threads, like turning thread for rope on rope drum.

It would be great to see something like that in some next Solidcam releases.

We can do it with a shaped tool, but not copy a profile on a helix/thread with the ordinary tool (round insert, etc.).

Of course in SolidCAM, we can do various types of shapes as per rope threading strategy, with all types of controllers (Fanuc/Siemens/Hass/Fagor).

Also, SolidCAM can support Rope Thread, Buttress Thread, Buttress Thread with Taper & Trapezoid Thread.

I know about the possibility of adding variables in VMID and making "upgrade" in GPP, that was not the point.

Hello, i noticed that in solidcam 2022 you already added the custom shape threading, but i cant found at all.
i have the SP2 version, is it there or in the more latest one SP3?
please i need help in this issue.
