It is very important for us that every SolidCAM customer gets our latest and greatest version SolidCAM2021.
To be able to do the important task of convincing our customers to be on Subscription:
You cannot, for every technical question, refer to a technical staff!! You must be able to answer clearly and succinctly, otherwise, you cannot do your subscription and upsell (additional modules) sales job.
Also in addition to selling Subscriptions, in every call, you should promote also iMachining2D and iMachining3D, if the customer is missing any of them; you must be very convincing regarding iMachining great advantages.

- Know amazing iMachining 2D/3D main technology and advantages.
- Know our SolidWorks integration great advantages.
- Know the power of our Sim5X solution.
- Know the power of our Advanced mill-turn and Swiss solution.
- Know our automation functions (Hole Wizard, Pocket recognition, Chamfer recognition, Machining processes, templates..).
- Know the power and flexibility of our post processors.
- Must explain clearly the main technical advantages of the latest version you want the customer to upgrade to
