    SolidCAM GmbH have the second highest subscription rate of 75.8%, just a fraction lower than SolidCAM US subscription rate of 78%.

    The strategy of SolidCAM GmbH to reach this high level of subscription rate is based both on: an excellent product and excellent technical support.

    It is very important to note that in the difficult and challenging year 2020, wher it was difficult to get potential customers to decide on a new sale, it was the high subscription rate of SolidCAM GmbH customers that contributed highly to SolidCAM's sales results.

    Having most of your customers on subscription is a WIN-WIN situation - customers are happy with our latest version and best support and the income you get enables you to give even better technical support for the customers.

    We have a Goal for all of our Staff and Resellers to help our customers be aware of the amazing enhancements that each successive version of SolidCAM includes. There is so much benefit to our customers staying on Annual Subscriptions, that we want to see the worldwide average subscription rate rise to 70% plus.

    Let’s continue in 2021 to show our customers the true value of our new versions and support.
